You can make a partial deposit to hold your exam appointment and pay the outstanding balance before the exam or select one of the exam or service items below to pay in full.
Bilingual Polygraph Services has a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be granted unless the examiner is notified in writing that you are canceling your exam at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
An appointment is considered a “No Show” when the client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment without notifying the examiner that they will be late.
*** All fees are due prior to examination unless otherwise agreed upon.
